ABOUT THE LEGACY DATABASE

When a dramatist passes away, locating the appropriate heir or representative can sometimes become challenging, impacting the dramatist’s legacy. We have often seen productions that couldn’t be mounted or royalties that couldn’t be distributed, all because the correct representative could not be found.

We established this legacy database, to serve as a dedicated platform for the listing of author representatives, ensuring easy access in a centralized location. We hope this will facilitate their discoverability, allowing producers, theaters, publishers and other interested parties to efficiently connect with them.

DISCLAIMER:  We offer this database as a free, public service. While we do our best to provide accurate information, we do not verify individual entries and therefore cannot guarantee that the representatives listed in our database are the most up-to-date or legal representatives.  Please verify any information you find here before engaging with anyone listed. Please review our Privacy Policy [linked] and contact us at
info@thedgcm.org if you notice any inaccuracies.
