ABOUT THE LEGACY DATABASE
When a dramatist passes away, locating the appropriate heir or representative can sometimes become challenging, impacting the dramatist’s legacy. We have often seen productions that couldn’t be mounted or royalties that couldn’t be distributed, all because the correct representative could not be found.
We established this legacy database, to serve as a dedicated platform for the listing of author representatives, ensuring easy access in a centralized location. We hope this will facilitate their discoverability, allowing producers, theaters, publishers and other interested parties to efficiently connect with them.

STEP 1: Search the database. To find a dramatist representative, use the table below to search for the dramatist’s name. You can search the chart using the search button located on chart below. If you see the name of the dramatist you are looking for, we have a match!
STEP 2: Fill out a request form. If we have a match for the dramatist, please fill out a Contact Request form. You should hear back from DG Copyright Management regarding your request.
